Terms of Use

GenMediaa is a hosted image-generation service at genmediaa.com. The WordPress plugin is an interface to that service. You write a prompt in a Gutenberg block; we return Previews; you Insert chosen Previews into the Media Library.

The plugin zip includes every plugin feature. Nothing in the plugin is locked behind a payment. Plans and Credits apply only to Generations on this service. We keep API Key, Generation and billing records needed to provide the service and manage shared Balance. We do not collect product analytics or Insert events. You sign in with Google to reach the Dashboard. You are responsible for that Google account and for every API Key you create. Keep API Keys secret. An administrator Activates a key on a WordPress site; Deactivate removes it from that site and does not delete it here.

A Plan is required to run a Generation or buy a Top-Up Pack. Plans are billed monthly or yearly. Checkout uses Dodo after Google sign-in. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

Basic: $19/month or $190/year with 200 Credits per full Plan period; Pro: $39/month or $390/year with 450 Credits per full Plan period; Max: $99/month or $990/year with 1,200 Credits per full Plan period. Annual payment is upfront and saves 16.7% compared with twelve monthly payments. Prices are USD before applicable checkout taxes; checkout shows the final charge and currency. Annual purchases have no introduction. Eligible active paid Plans can buy Top-Up Packs after full-price payment, at ten Credits per dollar with a $10 minimum. Balance is shared across API Keys; earliest-expiring Credits are spent first.

The introductory subscription is available once per User: $1 for three days with 70 Credits, then $19/month until cancelled. Cancel through the Dashboard before renewal to avoid that charge; remaining introductory access and Credits last until the displayed original boundary. Top-Up Packs are unavailable during the introduction. Credit exhaustion never advances the charge date. An early upgrade to Pro or Max charges immediately and replaces the scheduled Basic conversion; remaining introductory Credits keep their original expiry. We do not send application-authored introductory setup or pre-charge reminder emails. Check the Dashboard for expiry, next charge and cancellation; Dodo may send payment receipts.

Each Generation spends Credits for the Previews it returns, including discarded Previews never inserted. Zero Previews spends nothing. Monthly Plans receive their allotment each billing cycle, with Credits expiring at the confirmed period boundary. Yearly Plans receive an allotment at the start of the paid term and every 30 days after that, with a prorated final allotment for the remaining days. Each yearly allotment expires at its intended period boundary. Top-Up Pack Credits expire at the next Plan-period boundary, which can be sooner than 30 days. Unused Credits do not roll over. Credit delivery and reported spending may be delayed. After you cancel at the end of the term, you may still generate until Paid-through. A failed renewal grants no new allotment; access may continue during the payment grace period. Refunds end Plan access.

You are responsible for prompts, Reference Images, and how you use Previews. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. We may refuse or stop a Generation that violates these terms.

The service is provided as is. Generated images may be imperfect, similar to other outputs, or unavailable if a model provider is down. We do not guarantee a particular quality, uniqueness, or legal fitness for your use.

We may update these terms or the service. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
